Grossery shop, Convinience store, Billiard / Karaoke, Restaurants, OKONOMI yaki, River are all within walking distance from the house. Kinuta park and Tama river are very close with lots of green. You can enjoy cycling, jogging and picnic. Also swimming pool is near the park.
A big shopping center 'RISE' is in the site of Futako tamagawa station where is very nice for weekend shopping and dining.
The house is reccomedned to the resident who works/studies the area of Shibuya, Yoga, Futako shinchi, Jiyugaoka, Seijogakuenmae, Tama plaza and all station on the Tokyu Denentoshi line
