駅周辺の二子玉川ライズが際立って有名ではありますが、ちょっと駅を離れると空の広い落ち着いた空間が和みます。
A new shopping center “Futago tamagawa RISE” around the station is very famous and popular, but there are still lots of space with a wide sky view at just steps away from the station.

駅から歩くと20分ですが、バスは数分おきに運行されていますし、自転車で川沿いを走れば快適に通勤通学できます。
Buses run every a few minutes between near the house and the station and riding a bicycle is great for commuting to the station.

建物外観です。マンションの1フロアーがシェアハウスとなっています。

ROOM3はハウスの中では一番小さなお部屋です。家賃は光熱費込みとなっております。
ROOM3 is the smallest room in this house. Rent includes all utilities.
