Hello everyone! I would like to introduce a share house in Komazawa daigaku, Setagaya.

こんにちは！今回は駒沢大学ハウスのご紹介です。

Room is all furnished, This flat is 3DK house, shared by 3 persons.
お部屋は家具付きです。3DKのハウスでして、3名でのシェアとなります。
Wall color is green!

壁の色は緑です！

キッチンは広めですのでお料理も楽しくできますよ。
Kitchen has pretty good size, you can enjoy cooking.

Room 1です。個室は落ち着いた雰囲気です。床は木のフローリングです。机・椅子・ベッド・寝具は全て設置されます。もちろんWifi使用可能です。
Room 1 has Japanese taste atmosphere. Floor is covered by wooden flooring. Desk, chair, bed and bedding are all installed. Of cource, Wifi connection is available.

特筆すべきはこの大きな収納！幅1間（180cm）天井高までの押入れが付いています。これは大好評です。
Espesically to say, there is a large closet! 180cm wides and up to ceiling height. It has got a lot of good reviews by old residents.

東急田園都市線駒沢大学駅より徒歩8分です。駒沢公園も近く、都心へのアクセスも良く、都内屈指のエリアと言われております。

Walk 8mins from Komazawa daigaku station on the Tokyu Denen toshi line. Acceptable for almost all central city in Tokyo. Komazawa olympic park is also close to the house.  One of the best in Tokyo area!
